Job Description
About the Team
This role, known internally as Senior Manager Fundraising, is integral to the broader Fundraising & Engagement Team, which strategically coordinates both internal and external representation. It supports the organisation in achieving its goals through strategy development, advocacy, brand positioning, fundraising, and fostering effective stakeholder relationships.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Fundraising (known internally as Senior Manager Fundraising) to lead our fundraising, philanthropy, and events initiatives. This senior role is pivotal in driving and managing our fundraising and philanthropy programs, ensuring we can continue to provide vital support to those impacted by cancer.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Substantial experience and proven success in fundraising roles with a non-profit organisation or foundation will enable your success in this pivotal role. Along with the following attributes:
Finely tuned fundraising skills across all fundraising streams
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
Ability to drive success within each fundraising stream
Passionate about making a difference in the community
The role is being offered as a permanent full - time role.
