Cancer Council SA retains the right to terminate a user’s account for misuse of these terms and conditions at any time.

Cancer Council SA gives no guarantee of continued availability of any particular job role advertised on the Site and will not be liable should a job advertisement become detracted.

Cancer Council SA will endeavour to ensure that all vacancies are correct at the time of publishing and remain a correct reflection of the role/s available, and to ensure that it does not breach any law or the rights of any person.

Cancer Council SA provides no guarantee to you that the services generally available through its Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that servers are free of viruses or other harmful mechanisms. The user retains responsibility for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy their particular requirements for using the recruitment portal. Cancer Council SA retains no liability for unexpected errors or disruptions that may occur through the use of the site and encourages all users to report any faults promptly.

We may ask you to provide us with evidence of the Parental Consent and we reserve the right to delete any Personal Information collected from you if we cannot verify that you have the necessary consent. Your Personal Information is being or has been collected by Cancer Council SA to facilitate an application for consideration of employment with Cancer Council SA.
